Knowing what your going to eat ahead of time is very important when you start your new Keto Lifestyle. Having meals prepared will keep you from reaching for those high carbs foods and will keep you from eating on impluse. Plan your meal ahead of time by using a calendar or an app like MyFitnessPal. Log your meals before you eat them that way if you see that the macros are off you can just adjust that meal before you’ve eaten it.
